Meredith Sobel is the Food Interventionst.  She owns Luscious Organics by Sobel Wellness, a health minded personal chef and health coaching company located in Manhattan.  She  prepares mouth watering health conscious cuisine in your kitchen as well as consults to restaurants and companies wanting to incorporate whole, minimally processed, local, nutritionally dense foods into their menus or the mouths and bodies of their workers. She also works with individuals to either consult them as to how to eat better to have more energy, resilience and live a long happy life.  The company also provides guided shopping excursions or a weekly selected grocery shopping list with meal plans for how to eat food that you cook yourself.
